A CONTROLLED SERVICE NETWORK
Qualified participation is organized around health-system requirements, authorized review and documented service performance. HALYX IQ™ connects the work without transferring decision authority away from the hospital.
01 · ESTABLISH QUALIFICATION
Document service categories, technical capabilities, geographic coverage, quality controls, insurance, certifications and hospital eligibility.
02 · RECEIVE ELIGIBLE WORK
Receive service opportunities that align with recorded capability, contract position and health-system requirements.
03 · COORDINATE EXECUTION
Respond to work orders, quotes, approvals, loaner needs, shipping events and repair-status requests through a shared operational record.
04 · DOCUMENT PERFORMANCE
Preserve turnaround, communication, warranty, service outcome and continuity records for authorized health-system review.
Qualification and contract position are separate. A provider may be technically qualified without being immediately eligible for hospital routing.
QUALIFIED CAPABILITY
HALYX IQ™ organizes provider qualification around documented service capability—not marketing claims alone. Participating organizations can maintain controlled records of the equipment categories, service areas and continuity resources they support.
Equipment categories and service capabilities · Manufacturer and model coverage where applicable · Geographic service and shipping coverage · Quality systems, certifications and insurance · Repair warranty and turnaround commitments · Loaner, rental or exchange capabilities · Hospital and contract eligibility
HALYX does not represent a provider as qualified until required information has been reviewed through the applicable governance process.

CONTINUITY COORDINATION
When equipment availability could affect care delivery, participating providers can respond to documented continuity requests and keep the hospital informed from authorization through delivery and return.
Confirm loaner availability · Record required authorization or no-charge PO · Provide expected shipment and delivery dates · Add carrier and tracking information · Confirm delivery and return requirements · Respond when a loaner is unavailable
When the assigned repair provider cannot supply continuity equipment, HALYX IQ can support an authorized search of other qualified sources.
EQUIPMENT & CONTINUITY NETWORK
Qualified vendors, OEMs and equipment suppliers may participate in authorized loaner, rental, exchange, replacement and equipment-availability pathways through HALYX IQ™.
Loaner · Rental · Exchange · Replacement · Purchase
Availability, condition, eligibility, pricing and commercial terms must be confirmed by the participating source and approved through the applicable hospital process.
